I am a counsellor who works with adults, couples, and adolescents navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I provide a supportive and practical space where clients can speak openly, deepen their understanding of themselves, and develop healthier ways of coping, communicating, and moving forward. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping people make sense of their experiences and create meaningful, sustainable change. My work is informed by both professional training and personal life experience, allowing me to meet clients with empathy, realism, and respect. I believe therapy should feel human, approachable, and safe. Never clinical or intimidating, and that growth happens when people feel supported enough to be honest about what they’re going through. In addition to counselling, I have a background in family law, which gives me added insight into the emotional and practical stress that can arise during major transitions such as separation and divorce.

I am a registered counsellor who works from a non-pathologizing, strengths-based approach, integrating Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to support meaningful change. I help individuals and couples explore their experiences, reconnect with their values, and move toward the life and relationships they want to build. I prioritize collaboration, respect, and curiosity, and believe clients are the experts in their own lives. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, practical tools, and a supportive space for reflection and growth. I am especially passionate about men’s mental health and reducing stigma around seeking support, while remaining inclusive and affirming of all individuals, identities, and backgrounds. I am committed to creating a safe, confidential, and supportive therapeutic environment where you feel heard and understood. Beyond the therapy room, I am dedicated to community engagement and mental health education to make counselling more accessible and relatable.

I am a BIPOC counsellor who believes healing begins when we feel understood, not only in our minds, but in our bodies as well. I work with couples, women, and adolescents, and I am especially passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating anxiety, self-esteem, relational challenges, and generational trauma. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and somatic, and I integrate EMDR and AEDP to help gently process experiences that words alone may not fully reach. I believe the body holds stories that the mind has learned to quiet, and that healing happens when we listen with patience and care. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate, and we move at a pace your nervous system can trust. My goal is to help you feel safe, connected, and supported as you reconnect with yourself and create meaningful, lasting change.
